Climbing support

The pier shaft is as high as 35.5m.On top of the piers are provided a circular coping with a bottom pallet measuring at 13.3m long and 3m wide. A heady-duty T-girder is installed on the coping,which is 41.6m long and 2.3m high.Its top flange plate is 1.5m wide;the web plate in the middle varies from 0.23m at 10.5 from the girder center to 0.4m at the isolating beam at the end. A single T-girder is as heavy as 130t.

The climbing support is mainly used in pier constructions,high buildings constructions,and chimneys. It consisits of main frame,climbing sysytem,accessorial supporing and common scaffoldings.
